Please read this License Agreement carefully before proceeding. This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Horosoft and contains warranty and liability disclaimers.
You may not use the Software on more than one computer at a time. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-readable form. You may not sell, license, rent, transfer, or grant any rights in the Software in any form to any person or entity without the prior written consent of TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE.
This license gives you limited rights to use the Software. You do not become of owner of the Software, and TRIPLE-S retains all title to the Software and all copies thereof. Unauthorized copying of the Software or failure to comply with the restrictions set forth in this Agreement, will result in automatic termination of this license and will make available to TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE all other legal remedies.
Triple-S warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt, the disk on which the program is furnished will be free from defect in materials and workmanship and will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials. Except as stated in this section, the Software is provided to you on an "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. No distributor, dealer or any other entity or person is authorized to expand or alter either this disclaimer of warranty or this Agreement. Any such representations will not bind TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE. You assume the entire risk as it applies to the quality and performance of the software. Should the Software prove defective you (and not TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE) assume the entire cost of all-necessary servicing repair or correction.
If the program disk is found defective, within 90 days rom the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt, you may return it with a copy of your receipt and Triple-S SOFTWARE will replace it.
You assume full responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMIATION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES. The limitation of warranty and limited liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE and you. You agree that TRIPLE-S SOFTWARE would not be able to provide the Software on an economic basis without such limitations.
This program, may not, in whole or in part, be duplicated, stored in retrieval system, translated or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, without the express written consent of Triple-S Software. Triple-S reserves all rights whatsoever to revise the program and to make changes in the contents from time to time without obligation to notify any party beforehand.
This limited warranty is void if failure of the software product has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.
If you transfer possession of any copy, modification or merged portion of the program to another party, your license will be automatically terminated. Any breach of this contract will be considered an offence under the copyright law and will attract severe penalties under the Indian and international Copyright laws.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of the software. However Triple-S makes no representation or stands warranties related to the accuracy of the material or significance of any aspect of the astrological horoscopes and cannot be made responsible for any interpretation or use that may be made of it or accept any responsibility for errors and omissions.
The horoscope is to be treated as an opinion of an individual based on his/her knowledge and experience of vedic astrological text. Opinion of other astrologers might differ.
Triple-S Software disclaims responsiblity for any decision or its consequences, taken by anyone, based on the informations or suggesstions provided by HOROSOFT.
If you do not agree to the above license terms, you may not install, copy, or otherwise use the software.
