about LICENSE KEY POLICY

This License Key Policy applies to both Dongle (USB Key) versions and Dongle-less versions of the Software.

For Dongle (USB Key) Version:

1. If the USB key stops working (excluding physical damage) within one (1) year from the date of purchase, it will be replaced free of cost.

2. If the USB key is broken at any time or stops working after one (1) year, it can be replaced with a charge of ₹3000 / US$50 plus shipping charges. Replacement will be processed only after the receipt of the broken/damaged key by Triple-S Software, or based on images of the broken/damaged key if permitted by Triple-S Software.

3. If the USB key is lost, the license associated with it is also considered lost. No replacement or refund will be provided under any circumstances.

For Dongle-less Version:

- The Software license is digitally bound to your email ID and a specific computer system.

- Activation is allowed on only one (1) computer.

- A "system change" refers to significant hardware modifications (e.g., CPU, motherboard, hard drive) or OS reinstallation that alters your system fingerprint.

- You are allowed up to one (1) system change requests per year.

- It is your responsibility to keep the Product Key secure and confidential at all times. Sharing of the Product Key with others will result in immediate license termination.

- An active internet connection is required for activation and periodic license verification.

- Activation of software license will be done by OTP authentication over the registered email.

- In case of email access issues or system crashes, recovery or reactivation is subject to verification by Triple-S Software.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

By purchasing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this License Key Policy. Triple-S Software reserves the right to amend the policy without prior notice. It is recommended that you periodically review this policy for updates.
